Sophia first worked with clay at the University of California Irvine while earning her bachelors degree of studio art. Since then she has studied with legendary ceramic artists such as Gifford Myers and Michael Frimkess. She has also traveled to South Korea, where she studied ancient pottery techniques.
Sophia has blended old traditions and modern simplicity, creating a timeless collection of ceramic art.
Sophia currently resides in Los Angeles with her husband, daughter and baby boy.
